2.1 Work3r.AI as Controller
This policy applies when Work3r.AI collects and processes personal information from:

2.2 Work3r.AI as Processor
When our B2B clients use Work3r.AI to process data of their own customers, we act as a processor and are governed by the applicable Data Processing Agreement. In these cases, the B2B client’s privacy policy applies to their end users’ data.
